As many of you know, I am very excited about launching my new private practice, Baker Bariatrics, LLC. For those of you who are patients, past or present, thank you for your confidence in me, as your surgeon, as well as in my approach to best supporting you in your weight loss endeavour. It has been a rewarding, albeit constantly changing, road for me as I have continued to evolve as a surgeon specializing in Bariatrics. The times "they are a changing" and thus the services that we offer are as well.

When I first began in Bariatrics we offered solely the open Roux-en-Y operation. The trend into laporascopic has expanded my practice into performing the Roux-en-Y operation a majority of the time laporoscopically. Two years ago I also began performing the LapBand™ surgery. I cannot tell you how excited I am at the success that so many of my patients have experienced with this viable LapBand™ option. I can only imagine how we will continue to evolve as specialists in weight loss surgery. I can tell you that I am committed to staying on the forefront of the newest and most innovative methods of surgery to best support each and everyone of you.
